Who counts as a decider?
Anyone whose messages Because reads in a connected channel during a billing month. If someone only reads the log or asks questions, they’re free.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan or drop to Notebook. Nothing is deleted: records above the Notebook limit stay readable, you just can’t add new ones past 50 a month.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Nonprofits and teams in education get Team at half price, and open-source projects get it free. Write to us with a link to your project.

On yearly Team plans over 25 deciders, and on every Company plan.
